Terms & Conditions – Bodhisattva Retreat 2026

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
Final payment is due by January 15th, 2026.
Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.
If you are cancelling 3+ months before the retreat, an admin fee of $100 AUD will apply to any eligible refund.
If cancelling within 1 month of the retreat, the full amount is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to review refunds at our discretion in the event of genuine family emergencies.
If a refund is granted, it will be issued minus a $100 AUD administration fee and any non-recoverable transaction fees.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person, with prior written approval from Bodhi Tree Australia.

All participants are responsible for obtaining a valid tourist visa for entry into India.
Travel insurance is mandatory and must include coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Bodhi Tree Australia is not liable for delays, cancellations, or costs related to travel arrangements.

Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
You are responsible for your own well being during the retreat.
Bodhi Tree Australia and its partners are not liable for injury, illness, or loss sustained during travel or stay.

While we aim to deliver the full scheduled retreat program, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, illness, or political unrest.

By attending, you consent to any photos or video footage being taken during the retreat for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
